crash?

I have a problem that I cant fix myself. When I turn on my pc I get a message that says...... Cannot Write to Disk in Drive C:
I hit any button like it says and it goes right back to that message. I did a thurough scan disk but it still wont let me in. I can see my desktop for a min and then once again...I get the message. anyone know what I can do to fix this? I cant use my computer now.
