Out of ideas, do0d.. I'm not the most knowledgeable person here, and I don't claim to be.. Waiting for someone else to chime in with an idea.. I don't want to give you a wrong answer..

Yup, switched out the ram, reset the bios settings to default. Im thinking its the motherboard, it has a short or something? it just doesnt make much sense.

Have you changed out the PSU yet?
