If your temps are fine you don't need it. It is still recommended, however.

mine was running at 82c, still worked fine.
the core temp has alot to do with it.
i have a new computer now, havent bothered to check the temp on it.
i had the old computer last week, its even hotter the weather now.

Today was the hottest day in almost 100 years in the Netherlands. And it's gonna stay hot for the next 10 days. I'm gonna die.

Over here it beat the record of 38.2c in the UK which is 102 f today.

yea it is rediculous.

i was holding a mini LAN party for the last 2 days.

7 PCs, plus a small-ish room with a very small window, with this very hot weather... was crazily hot. bit uncomfortable really. i much prefer cold weather.

one guys GPU was hitting 92*C. hahaha.

yeah and the pc's run nice and cool-ish, and i dont normally have to have the heating on upstairs in my room because the pc does it!

Thank god its cooler today and tomorrow its meant to be even cooler and thunder storms, im just so happy its cooler!
