47C is fine, pretty much 40-75C is good for a GPU they can take a lot of heat. when you go to 90C-110C then you can get problems in games.

Now its pretty **** good. I m overclocking it at 3.75 ghz and its idle at 46 and hot at 65 and thats awesome.
