CPU faulty temp sensor?

Your i5 750 is a quad (4) core cpu so the important temperatures to look at are the "Core" temperatures, Core 0, Core 1, Core 2, Core3. Your temperatures are fine, that Temp3 value is saying negative so it's not hurting anything, the software just isn't programmed to read it properly.

I checked the BIOS, was all set correctley, it is a 4 pin fan, but I just woke up and all is back to normal?? I don't know what was wrong but its now working corectley. The fan ramps up and all is good. If it happens again i will let you know, wierd huh? But thanks for all of your help!

Temp3 is most likely nothing - that is, there is no sensor there so speedfan does not know what to do with it. Your CPU temps are correctly labeled as Core 0 - 3.

Speedfan is great - sometimes. I prefer CoreTemp for newer Intel and AMD64 CPUs, or RealTemp for Intels.
