Does your computer turn on at all? You hear any beeps or see anything on the screen? Does any other fan turn on? Basd CPU fan? Did you dust it out recently?

We need more information than that. Could be a number of things.

Did you try a different fan? Might want to try resetting the BIOS by removing the watch battery out, wait a minute and reinsert, restart the computer.

Your motherboard might be defective.
Is this a new build or old system?

Ok, you should reseat all your parts again to make sure everything is seated properly and wires securely connected.

Maybe loosen up your cpu heatsink if you could, might be too tight and is deforming the motherboard causing the cpu fan header to lose contact.
