Corrupted Registry due to new graphics card?

Whats up?

My graphics card died the other day on my machine so i had to order another...

Now i installed it, booted my machine up, and i get the Blue Screen of Death!!! It gives me a code of C0000218 and points me about a corruption/change in the SOFTWARE section...

I assume its looking for the old software or drivers that were installed from the old card...

How do I get around this? Safemode will not work either...
