Corrupt MFT

I know this is a long shot but anyone know of any software or method to repair the MFT on hard drive? Chkdsk won't work because it's corrupt. I don't feel to confident but you never know. Thanks.

This won't work and I kind of don't understand how when he ran chkdsk the first time it didn't work but when he ran it from within the new OS it did. Whenever I run chkdsk it will say "Corrupt Master File Table. CHKDSK aborted"
