Default connecting to a wireless router

im going to buy a comp and put it in my room, what do i need for so i can connect to my router via wireless, i got a Netgear WGT624 v2, and how do i connect to it? thanks

you buy a wireless ethernet card, a wireless care that works with your router's model. Or if you have built-in on that labtop then look and see if your notebook picks up the signal from the router.

Yes it will pick it up, just make sure you get the same company and model that works for your router.
