Here's an oldie situation. I need some DOS expert to help. I'm trying to set up my sound card to work in DOS. (It actually has DOS drivers). Now whenever I try and setup a game to configure with the sound card, it says that it doesn't recognize the sound blaster on the selected port. Now, whenever I start up my PC, when the configuration for the sound comes up, it says at the bottom, "Set SB to I/O x220, IRQ A DMA 1." Now, I figure if the DOS games can't read the sound card, it's cause I have to set the Sound Blaster port to this setting. But I have no idea how to do it. Can I do it through Windows 98, or do I have to configure it through DOS? I don't know how to change IRQ's or Ports and such. Can anyone help me? Is there any DOS experts left in the world?

I also have a setaudio function in DOS. but when I type it in, I get a, "Bus Master Error."
