computer wont turn on, buzzing sound

The computer used to work fine but i hadnt used it in a week or so...

Today I went to turn on my computer and nothing happened except a buzzing sound...not sure what it was from im guessing motherboard maybe?

does anyone have any ideas on what it could be? thanks

well if its not booting then sounds most likely ur Hard drives head is grinding against the disk.
But buzzing... may sound like ur Power supply's fan stopped working properly and it overheated or even ur CPU fan. open her up and see if any fan failed if not then might be ur HD

What kind of motherboard? My guess is the problem is with the RAM. Take it out, blow out the slots, and put it back in and see if that helps.
