Computer wont start.

Hi,
I have had a strange problem lately as if i plug off my pc it wont start again unless if i leave it plugged in for a few hours but last night i changed the casing and it just wont wakeup.
There is a green light on the motherboard which keeps blinking and i have to wait untill its not blinking anymore. I have no idea if it is my Asus P5ad2e premium motherboard or my Bzerk 500 watts power supply which is doing these tricks.
PS: The green light is still ticking.

You made sure that you put the motherboard on top of the brass spacers right?
