Computer wont show anything

everytime a turn on the computer, all the fans are running. but nothign is showing on the monitor...then cd drive seems to be reading somethign, casue the light is blinking on and off and i can hear it. is that causing the problem? or is it when i flashed my 9800pro to a 9800XT, but i switched it back and it was having the same problems. i think i swithced from reading harddrive first then floppy then cd. ill have to check that if it ever turns on. i mean sometimes i can get it running in under a minute. but right now its been on for about 20 minutes and there is sitll nothign on the monitor.

AHH! what could be the problem...but once i get it on, everything is fine

Why not try to clear youyr CMOS and see if that will help to get you in the BIOS at least.

i tried clearing the CMOs, and removing both cd drives.

it wont turn on. plugged the master cd drive in while it was on. BING BO BANG turned on. turned off tried to turn it on again. BING BO BANG DEAD!
