Computer Wont Boot Up.

Hi i just build a pc i follow the my mobo manual and hooked everything right aleast i think i did.So i plug the power cable and my mobo light turns on (green light)then i press the power button and nothing happens the case wont trun on fans dont spin my hd dont make sounds or anything happens.i wonder if i hooked up mu case leds wrong here is how it was setup and how it said how to set it up.

HELP PLEASE!!

if you are sure that the wiring is right then its either a psu issue or a short in the motherboard. i'm thinking motherboard as you say it does receive power when you plug in the power cord. test another psu or test this psu in another pc if its possible

well u know which pins are for the power button, did u try it both ways?put it on one way if it dont work spin it and put it on reversed and try it.Is it a new mobo?

i fixed the problem already thanks for ur fast replys and help,but i still have one lil problem ill make a new thread for that so we dont mix it up.
