Computer Turns On but No Display

Wheres the jumper exactly and I never seen led lights on my motherboard even when the computer was working

Sorry about the long wait, but if you look on the mother board itself near the silver battery it will say cmos1\clr
Move the white jumper to the left like this (ljumper block) :) : pins)
If still will not fully post, you may try the paperclip trick by placing it on the pins hold it there and boot up.

Most people will not do this because they feel its unsafe, if you know what your doing and have no static in you give it a run.

I don't know what it is these days, but certain intel LGA sockets motherboards have a nagging issue where it needs a very cold hard start to get it working again.
Mainly Gigabyte and Asus if the computer posts gets whacky. :p
