You need to download memtest86 and check that memory for errors. I'm thinking you might have a bad stick of RAM. However, I would definitely have gone with the pSU. One other possibility is that your CPU may have issues given the new PSU and Mobo. Without having the thing sitting on my bench, I am just guessing.
