Computer Trips Breaker

Hey everyone.

I just moved to a new place, and i literally unplugged my computer from the old place, drove 2 miles, and plugged it in at the new place, and it keeps tripping the circuit. I am an electrician, and it appears to be a dead short. I thought it was the wire, changed it, same problem, even with the power supply's switch in the off position, it still trips. Could this be a bad power supply? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Nevermind... I opened it up, the only problem i saw was that the wireless card was sticking out a hair. I pushed it back in, plugged it in, and so far so good, i havent started it up yet cause i need to hook everything up, but i am crossing my fingers that i didnt fry anything....
