I have run registry cleaners, virus/spyware scanners blah blah blah...

Windows drive: 31.0gb/74.5gb @80.6deg F
Other drive: ~10gb/~160gb @91.4deg F
Processor : Intel Pentium 4 @77deg F
3000 MHz - (current : 3014.63 MHz)
runs about 24% activity with only firefox open
Mainboard : Gigabyte 8IPE1000P-G @77deg F
RAM: 2x512 (1 gig) DDR-SDRAM PC3200 (200 MHz) - [DDR-400]
Vidio card: Radeon X800 Series
PSU: 500w @73-76deg C
