The processor reseating didn't help any, so I guess i'm just waiting on my new motherboard now.
Now i'll just have to figure out how not to lose all the stuff on my hard drives when I make the switch. That possible to do from home? I know I can take it somewhere and have the data recovered.
Got her up and running today. New Gigabyte P45 board and 120mm Zerotherm cooler, have it running at 3.6 ghz now. Didn't lose anything in the swap, even cleaned up the case wiring. All is well.
