Computer powers on, fan works, dvd drive opens that's it

So I haven't had my computer for about a month...last time i used it, it worked no problem. Unhooked it, stored in a cool dry place, went to plug it in about a month later, and it won't boot.

It turns on, the fan runs, my dvd drive light flashes and clicks while loading...and then it stops. The CD drive won't open, but the DVD drive does? The LED hard drive light stays on solid and nothing happens.

Power Supply? Motherboard? CD or DVD drive?
Please Help!!

a chance when you unplugged and moved it that a connection has come loose inside?

i would unplug everything except graphics,ram ,CPU,mobo and see if you get a BIOS boot up. If you do start adding hard drive and continue till your pc is complete again.

As baronvongogo said check the RAM, try to reset them ....
