Computer not booting: stuck on "Platinum Screen"

When I turned on my computer today, it was going through it's normal processes, although it "stuck" on the screen that says "Platinum".

I built my computer. It has:
MSI K8N NEO motherboard
AMD 64 3200+
6600 GT

Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong? Thanks.

platinum screen?

is it a heat issue? (check if the heatsink is properly seated/has goo)

I just checked it and it seems to be connected properly. I'm not sure about the goo, I've never used it before. I don't think the directions of the processor mentioned anything about it.

Do you get any POST beeps? Try hitting Del and see if you can get into the BIOS. If not, try resetting your BIOS.

After that, it could be a memory, processor or motherboard problem. Is that the NEO-4f?

sorry, what I meant by goo was thermal past... there has to be some in between the processor and heatsink to distribute the heat properly...

The box of the motherboard says Neo4. There is one beep after I turn it on. I tried getting into BIOS, but it didn't work.

Um. Reset bios? I figured that'd be the first thing mentioned...

I can't get to bios. I press DEL but nothing happens. How do I go about resetting it?

there should be a jumper on the motherboard somewhere, probably set on 1/2

to reset the bios, put it on 2/3 and start the computer..., then turn the comp off and put it back...

look in the manuel for where the jumper is at...

Cant you remove the battery for 30 seconds to reset it also?
