Computer Malfunction- Please help me troubleshoot!

exactly why i said "if it will turn out" meant we'll see after youll do the measuring with the multimeter , i tought you alredy realized thats it not the wattage that matters its the ampers , and thats incorrect it have 2 +12v rails as all modern psus, both are 17 = 34 total

Oh, I didn't realize that was how it was read. Thanks for the info, I'll definately consider getting a new PSU- I don't want any of my hardware getting ruined!
