Default Computer lagging during game -_-!

Hi all, first time posting here. I recently just bought a new computer.

here is the list on it:
CPU: AMD AM2 3800x2
Graphic card: XFX7900GT
RAM: OCZ dual channel 2x1G gold eidition
HD: WD 250GB
Mother board: MSI K9N platimun

The problem start when I turn on my computer after a few hours(after browsing etc) then start to play a game(warcraft3 and need for speed carbon in single player mode). The game instantly become very laggy like I just simply cant play normal. I use to run Kasparsky anti virus and bitspirit while playing on single player mode back in my old pc with out any problem same software usage apply to this one as well. I also have a software call style xp thingy for editing my desktop ico and theme. Any one know what can possibly causing this lag?

thats not even full load my friend and ur pulling 48c thats pretty bad because if u give it full load e.g games the temperature will increase.

put some arctic silver thermal paste on the heatsink, and it will be cooler 5c
