Recently as a fun project I took off a celeron 633 mhz heatsink and applied thermal paste to the core and then put it back on. The weird thing is that the computer "lags" now where when its processing the mouse movement is all choppy. I never tried the computer before I applied the paste. Does the lag probably have to do with the computer itself being crap, and not my doing? The comp is 633mhz with 128 mb of ram and a lot of programs in the background on windows me.
