Ok so I have this built pc from like 99 running Win Xp home on it. It has a 7gigHD then a backup 40gigHD. The 7gig has the op system install on it. Now when I go to startup the PC it takes about 5 ins to come up and all the programs run slow as if the PC is on dailup. Any help would be great guys. This site is great.
