Computer Keeps Shutting Down

Alright I need some advice on a problem I have been having. My computer will just randomly shut down and there will be no error messages or anything. I have checked CPU temp and its about 27C and my Vid card is about 55C... so i know that the temp is not a problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments on this?

I am thinking its got to be my power supply going bad but could it be anything else?

Yup.. I have had exactly the same problems with my pc ..

i would be doing something ans *poof* Pc just dies ..
