ya thats what i was also thinking, try swapping Power supplies

You know what, that might just be it. My brother plugged in a bunch of lights into our computer. I'll unplug them and try.

hit f8 upon boot and disable autorestart. also don't overclock when playing games

when you disable autorestart, tell us the error code on the blue screen.
