Computer Just Died. Any Ideas?

Here is what I did.
-Removed the battery for 5 minutes.
-Verified that the ram sticks were secure.
-Clean out all the dust that was in there.

Turned it on with same result.
Looks like I am probably going to have to bring it in somewhere I guess right?

Disconnect everything but, RAM and CPU and try booting.
