Ice, I'm not quite sure myself since your computer and the radio are far apart and there shouldn't be any interference at all but It wouldn't hurt to disable some fan and see.

If it doesnt, the simple answer is dirty power. You are most likely using a cheap no name brand power supply which is causing the issue.

if it was the mains power (which i assume you are talking about), then how come it only affects some stations
