I was able to get my Gateway XP 420 computer working again after cleaning the fans and it worked fine. Now however, when I start it up, it goes to the Operating in Dual Memory Mode. I've tried everything, trying to boot in safe mode, and even trying to going to reinstall from set up disk, but it still goes to the page. Nothing in the interface enables it to restart properly as well. I even asked someone and he mentioned about taking the battery out and putting it back into it's slop on the mother board. That doesn't work either. Any possible solutions?
