Thanks for checkin this out, as it's a problem I've been having constant issues with!
I use a hub to separate the connection to other computers in my room while my buddies come over to lan, but when my computer is on the hub as well, my computer will start to freeze (a 20 second freeze where the sound keeps repeating as well) and then everything will flood back into real time. This freeze generally happens about every minute until I restart my computer. It hasn't frozen at all when I've used a direct connection to my router, and I'm not understanding how something like my internet connection is causing a hardware issue like this.
