Hi can someone please help???

My Computer just freezes for no reason so bad that you have to restart it on the box. I have tried everything and at last took it back to the shop cause it is only 4 weeks old. The shop phoned me back today and said they ran all the possible tests on it and they find nothing wrong with any components. They tested for overheating, psu the works and in the 3 days they had it it didnt freeze once.

So the last thing I could think about is my 4yr old ups that is maybe causing the problem and they said it could be that.

Can it be the ups???

POssibly, But unlikly. Just try it without the UPS.

I don't trust the Shop.

Go through Warezs spyware Guide. Post Hijackthis lOg

Use DMM to test PSU Voltage and Amperage.
Get temp Program or Temp probe for Temps.

hey the ups has nothing to do with the freezing of your system. i think the shop guy is fooling you.
