Default Computer Date and Clock

Im not sure what is wrong with the date and clock but when i put the year to 2007 cookies stop working and some other things are wrong like i can't enter gmail to check my e mail. Does anyone know what is wrong?

Why are you setting it to 2007? I thought this was still 2006
