I I have recently build a new computer and it runs very well most the time
System specs
CPU: Amd Athlon x2 3800
Mother board: Gigabyte GA-K8n51gmf-9
Ram: 2 hp 512 pc2700 ddr333 2 hp 256 pc2700 ddr333 TOTAL: from system spec 1.43 GB ram with video card in 1.5GB.
Power supply: ocz 700 gamexstream
GPU: x1900gt 256
Windows XP home
The computer runs fine with every thing i can play games and do every thing else i need except burn dvd when my video card is in. If i take out the video card i can burn movies. When i burn movies a blue screen comes up that says “ windows is shutting down to prevent damage to your system. If you have recently installed any hardware software or drivers remove them” or something to that nature.
TEMP
cpu 35-40 c
GPU 60 67c
system 32-35c
ATTEMP FIXES
run: chkdsk /r
download: AMD Dual-Core Optimizer
uninstalled and reinstalled video driver
I think it might be some sort of ram conflict between the videos card ddr 3 ram and my ddr 333? any ideas?
