Computer auto power up upon usb device in window(TM) vista(TM)

Please help~ since a month ago, my computer will suddenly auto power up when i move my usb mouse/keyboard. i already done whatever i can in the BIOS.

here is my BIOS power management setting

Restort on AC power [power-off]
PWR button < 4 sec [instant-off]
Power up on PCI/PCIE Devices [Disable]
Power on by External device [Disable]
Power on by RTC Alarm [Disable]
Power up by PS/2 Keyboard [Disable]
Power on by PS/2 Mouse [Disable]

I m using window vista, and the power setting is all default.

Did you by any chance update your bios a month ago?

Your motherboard is still powering the mouse and keyboard after shut down. Pull the power cord and watch to see if the keyboard lights show activity after you plug the computer back in. You should see no lights since it's disabled in the bios.
