ok. firstly hi every1

now i have this error called code 37. i know what it is. the only problem is i cant fix it. someone suggested system restore on another forum but when i went to go on it... it turns out system restore has disappeared.

does any1 know where i can get system restore or even better how to fix code 37?

aperantly code 37 is where there is a loose wire or sumfin but... ive had this twice before and both times the connections were ok.
