Default CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded

Dear all.

When i start my pc it's says that cmos checksum error - default loaded. press F1 to continue or del to goto setup.

hear are the issues
1. when i press f1 and start sounds will not detect.
2.Before 1 month ago i was used to press del and goto bios setup and save alla de details and start the pc. After i saved it machine will restart and work perfectly. sounds also detect. But now when i go to bios setup and save and exit, it want restart. pc have the power but nothing will loaded.

now even i cant restart the the pc. after restarting nothing will display.

Solutions i have got
i have all ready replace my cmos bettery - CR 2032. But still have the problem.

if someone know about this please help me. this is a big trouble to me

my mother bord type is FOXCON G31mx series
