Whats the best way to clean your PC hardware. and at the same time being 100% safe.

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.

growing up my dad has one on the farm that maxed at 200. blow a hole through the comp :P
