Changed out MB, now USB 2.0 went to USB 1.0 how can I fix it?

Hi everyone!~

Well, I changed out a ECS P4M800 to a ECS P4M900 because the sound card never worked right.

After plugging everything back in, all my USB ports reverted to USB 1.0 instead of USB 2.0.

How can I resolve this issue without reinstalling OS and programs?

Install the Chipset driver.
