A as23 Beta member Messages 5 Jan 7, 2006 #1 Hello, I just finished building my first computer and started it up (no OS installed). The CD-Rom LED flashes every 15 - 20 seconds and makes a noise. This keeps going until I power it off. I tried another CD-Rom and the same happened. any ideas?
