hope this works thanks for your help mike found everything else but this alot of it was blown and i got some of the parts to fix it
 
You've posted up seven blurry pictures of what looks like a black rubber casing over a capacitor? Where did it even come from? Which part of the board?
 
the model number of my lcd monitor is 9180 HB9 found a maual online tried still can not identfy it the monitor is a ibm thinkvision thanks Mike
 
This site does monitor repair and the like. I used them once and their prices aren't very expensive. It was around $50 to replace a bunch of blown capacitors on a power board from a monitor.

Corporate Computer

Maybe you could email them the pictures or look on their site for info about that particular model.
