P poorman In Runtime Messages 207 Dec 23, 2007 #2 If your motherboard has extra 3 pin plugs for fans, and your fan has the sensor on it. It allows the speed to be automatically or manually adjusted by temperature. If you use the 4 pin molex, the fan will spin at its max rpm. Either way is fine.
