Can't Run with AA or DX10

Hello, I've been trying to run games such as Hellgate london and World in conflict with a lot of AA and using the DX10 option in the game video options. When i use them though, my game becomes unplayable with very low fps. For example, in Hellgate, when i turn the option to use DX10 on, it becomes unplayable. Also when I use say a 4xAA. I have 2x8800gt sc Sli, with a q6600 at 3.0ghz, 4 gigz of pc-6400 Crucial Ballistix, and I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 64. Also I have a PC&P Silencer 750 so i doubt its a power problem. If anyone knows what's going on, it'd be great to know, because with those 2 cards in sli, i should be able to run at max.

Vista 64bit for XP games is likely the problem being seen. You would likely see better results in the 32bit edition.
