Can't open up Photoshop or Maya, crashes PC after 11.7 update

Hello. Yeah it's wierd because i was using the old 10.9 drivers n then i finally updated everything, even the CCC, to 11.7. I love the new HUD but i found out that i cant open up Photoshop and Maya or my computer crashes. Also i cant put youtube vids to full screen anymore because when i do, it just stays black.

What should i do to try to fix this? What does come to mind is to try to reinstall Maya n Photoshop n go on from there.

hi. did you try to disable DEP for photoshop?

rick click on computer>properties>advanced system>advanced tab>performance section>settings button>DEP tab>browse to photoshop's exe file>ok to close all dialog boxes>give it a try!
