Default Can I run a Quatro NVS 290 and Geforce 8600GST at same time?

Need to run 3 monitors and 1 projector in my church. We have a Dell Dimension 9200 unit with the 8600GST running 2 monitors now. I have a NVS 290 PCIexX1 that works but i can't seem to get them to work at same time.

Your Dell 9200 says it has 1 x PCI-E x16 slot, how are you fitting it in there?

If you're talking about running cards at the same time, as in SLI or Crossfire, they need to be the exact same card. Also as stated before, you need more than one PCI-E slot on the motherboard which you do not so I wouldn't count on it.

He isn't talking about SLI or Crossfire. He just wants to add a card, simple.

To run more than 2 monitors with the NVS 290 X16 video card you need to buy the NVS 290 1X add-on card.
Newegg.com - PNY VCQ290NVS-PCIEX1-PB Quadro NVS 290 256MB 64-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x1 Low Profile Workstation Video Card

If you already have the NVS 290 X1 then you need the NVS 290 X16 video card.
