Default Built new comp for work, putting Win7 on

Unfortunately, the computer with the iso image isn't reading my blank DVDs. The device is working properly, it has an up to date driver, any ideas?

Is the drive reading discs still, or just not blank DVDs? Could be be a little more specific on what the problem is?
