Hello!
Please help me to understand what is the problem - why PC keeps getting "Your PC ran into a problem..."?

Dev-Host - Win10CleanInstall Minidumps.zip - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service - Win10Old Minidumps.rar - minidumps from Windows 10 that was upgraded from Windows 8

Dev-Host - Win10CleanInstall Minidumps.rar - The Ultimate Free File Hosting / File Sharing Service - Win10CleanInstall Minidumps.rar - minidumps from Windows 10 clean installation

So even after clean win 10 installation I'm getting this. Which of hardwares causes it? Is it possible to find out it using my minidumps?

Sorry for my English!

Definitely sounds like a RAM issue. I would suggest running Memtest86+ from here:
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Let it run for multiple passes (generally at least 4 hours, the longer/more passes the better). If you get any errors at all, then you'll need to test 1 stick at a time until you find the faulty module (or possibly even faulty RAM slot).
