Question BSOD Help

Hey All....

HELP!! Im getting the BSOD of death a few times a day now. Here is what it reads....

Stop: 0x000000D1 (0xCF9274C, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x871240E2).

Im not positive what's failing here. Either RAM, CPU, or power supply.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for any help at all!!

My System:
AMD Athlon XP 2100+
1.0 Gig of DDR333 Ram
Windows XP Pro (SP1, SP2)
ATI 9000 Pro vid card
creative sound card
Pioneer DVDR writer

If I left anything out, please let me know and I'll add it in, thanks again for any help in advance
