BSOD: Driver Unloaded without cancelling pending operations

Ok. so lately Ive been having these occasionaly crashs which are sometimes followed by a BSOD saying "Driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations." Normally, this happens after I lose control of my character during a game (gets stuck moving forward, shooting, etc.) Also, yesterday while playing Rise of Legends, I had my comp randomly restart but, before it restarted it showed everything in like 800x600 with 256 colors. So, Im kinda confused by this. Im thinking it has something to do with my video drivers and maybe I screwed up in updating them sometime... dont know. Any insight into the problem would be greatly appreciated. Any good driver cleanup problems?
