Default BSOD with 8800GTS and 6200LE in XP

Does anybody know if there is a compatability problem with these 2 cards running on the same system with XP pro?? I have these running just fine in Vista, but when I install the drivers for the 6200LE, it BSOD's when it tries to start windows. ARGH this is frustrating!!!

why are you running two completely different cards at the same time?

or is the 6200 le onboard? if it is onboard then disable it in bios

They are both PCI-E cards and I am running them so I can use 3 monitors, the 6200 is only to power the 3rd monitor. Like I said it works fine in Vista, but not XP.
